I am Barbie Jane Agahan and I founded itsBarbieJane, LLC and Skillset Builder because I’ve seen first-hand how the right skills and confidence can change the trajectory of someone’s life.
With a background in marketing and human resources, and years of experience leading, training, and coaching, I’ve built programs that empower people to lead with confidence, communicate with impact, and achieve success.
But beyond the professional side, my heart is here — in helping people discover their voice, grow their confidence, and create opportunities they didn’t think possible.
