THE CONVERSATION COACHING SESSION

Get Clear. Get Prepared. Have the Conversation.

You know the conversation needs to happen.

Maybe you've rehearsed it in your head. Maybe you've been waiting for the “right time.” Maybe you're worried about saying the wrong thing, creating conflict, or making the situation worse.

You don't need the perfect words. You need a plan.

The Conversation Coaching Session is a focused 45-minute one-on-one virtual coaching session designed to help you think through a real conversation you're preparing to have—so you can walk into it with greater clarity, intention, and confidence.

You Know Something
Needs to Be Said...

But maybe you're wondering:

How do I start the conversation? What if they react badly?

Am I looking at the situation fairly? What if I say the

wrong thing? How do I say what needs to be said

without damaging the relationship? Or maybe you've

simply been putting it off because you don't know

where to begin.

That's where this session comes in.

Instead of telling you exactly what to say, we'll work

together to help you understand the situation, determine

what you really want to accomplish, and prepare

an approach that feels authentic to you.

  • Greater clarity about what's really happening

  • A clearer outcome for what you want the conversation to accomplish

  • A better understanding of your assumptions and the other person's possible perspective

  • A practical approach for beginning the conversation

  • A next-step plan so you know what you're working toward
